Bonuses, Deposits, and Withdrawals

Any bonus credited to your account is subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds carry a 35x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. A minimum deposit of £20 is required to activate a bonus, and individual bets placed while a bonus is active must not exceed £5. Bonus offers are valid for 10 days from the date of activation, and a bonus code may be required at the point of deposit. Winnings generated from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.

The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amounts are both £20. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that prohibited activity has occurred, we may suspend or permanently close your account, void relevant transactions, and recover any funds obtained through such conduct.
